Step one

Make sure you have an account on our website!

Step two

Let us know what you’re after through the contact form on our website or on our discord.  Even if it's a product we don't usually stock, we can see about getting it in for you!

Step three

We will reply back to you ASAP and let you know what we can get for you, how much it will cost and roughly when it should arrive.

Step four

If you’re happy with everything we can confirm your expression of interest and get your products in! Aside from some exceptions, we won't require you to pay for the products until they've arrived at the store. Once the products have arrived and are ready we will send you an invoice, they will be available to you either to pick up from the store or we can include shipping at your request.

If at any point you would like to either know the progress of your order or would like to make changes to your order, let us know! We unfortunately cannot make any changes to your order after the invoice has been sent to you, if something comes up and you can't pay for the order let us know. We may unfortunately need to ask for payment in advance in future if this happens, so if there is anything that comes up and you need to change your order, let us know as soon as possible!
